According to the FAPA By-Laws: “All Board members must be Association members in good standing at the time of their nomination and will be selected by members present at the annual meeting or via email ballot.”

(The annual meeting will be held at the annual conference.)

“All Board members and committee chair members serve voluntarily without compensation.”

I agree to actively serve the two-year term and will participate in the following activities:

• Annual Conference (in August)

• Board of Directors Retreat (a weekend in August or September)

• Monthly Board Conference Calls (second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM)

• Serve on committees, as mutually agreed upon with the President
