The Summer I Met Jack is a novel based on a true story about a Polish refugee who gets a job as a maid in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, for the Kennedy family and is charmed by the future-president, Jack Kennedy. After leaving Hyannis Port and traveling to Hollywood and Rome, she dates famous actors, athletes, and royalty.
