The book,?Customer Service Skills for Success?by Robert W. Lucas, recently won the 2017 Textbook Excellence Award from the Textbook and Academic Authors Association. The textbook was first written in 1996 and will go into its seventh edition with McGraw Hill Higher Education in January 2018.
