Professional illustrator who specializes in children's books, art for teachers, and much more!

David R. Martinez is an illustrator who specializes in art for children’s books, having done work for clients within the U.S. and internationally. Before launching his career as an illustrator, he spent nearly two decades as an environmental consultant?and even holds a professional geologist license in the State of Florida. He brings a scientist’s eye for detail, and a consultant’s understanding of client needs to his work with authors. ?He has also illustrated and self-published a line of sign language resources in collaboration with his wife. He holds a B.A. in Digital Media Design and a B.S. in Geology.
