Distentagled

Daniel was supposed to be the love of my life and a second chance for happiness. Instead, he purposely seduced me with the intent to use my money and security. By the time I realized what was happening, I was so deep into the relationship that it was hard to let go. Thinking I could beat him at his own game, I stopped supplying him with what he wanted and he slinked away. Not only did he break my heart, Daniel destroyed my financial security and trust in men. The scars run deep. They lessen, but never fully heal.

When Florence stops feeding Daniel?s thirst for her money, he makes and excuse to leave, but invites her to stay with him at his house in New York. Even though Florence knows exactly what he is, and the game he?s playing, she has a plan to get some of her money back and takes him up on his offer. Hidden inside his house is something of value and she is determined to find it.
