FAPA Annual Conference Speaker Proposal

Use this form to submit a proposal to present an educational session at the 2019 FAPA Annual Conference
This will appear in the program schedule

Our presentations usually are 45-minute sessions. The first thirty minutes are for the presentation and the last 15 minutes are a Q & A session.


This is not a formal agreement between you and FAPA. If approved by the Board of Directors, you will be sent a formal “Speaker Agreement,” which will need to be filled out and returned. We will then have an officer sign it and return that signed copy back to you for your records. You will be contacted ONLY if we decide to use you in our program.
